Volunteers Needed!!

Neighborhood Watch

Thank your for your interest!

Ryan Fleming has stepped up and volunteered for the position of Neighborhood Watch Coordinator! Thank you, Ryan, for your support of the program!

Ryan is now leading the charge in the development of our Neighborhood Watch Program (NWP). Working closely with the S&S Coordinator and the Lexington Police Department, Ryan will be working to educate residents on what can be accomplished when residents work together and along side law enforcement to address crime. The smallest effort can make a tremendous difference!

We currently have four Block Captains and are looking for more. The normal ratio is one Block Captain for every ten homes. If we can get about six more we'll be off to a great start. While an essential part of the NWP, it takes little effort to be a Block Captain. If you walk the neighborhood regularly, you are an ideal candidate as Block Captains are, essentially, the eyes and ears of the NWP.

For those of you with children, take a few minutes and talk to them about strangers. Tell them what to look for and what you want them to do if they see someone or something that seems out of place.

Take Notice, Take Action. Report suspicious activity to the police and report it on the Saddle Club Security Chat on WhatsApp. Download WhatsApp to your mobile device and scan the QR code on this page to join.
