UPDATE (22 April 20 - Final): Survey response was low and data collected was insufficient to be of any value in determining priority or specifics of the four efforts defined. The Home Security System effort is on hold while we focus on the Neighborhood Security System effort. For further details, please see Project 20-06. For status of the Formal Neighborhood Watch effort, see project 20-03. The Security Team Development effort is now the Second Call effort with focus on neighbors helping neighbors over a broader spectrum. See project 20-04 for further details.
